Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
To process a return or exchange, the product must be kept in its original condition. If the item is damaged or broken through no fault of the customer, they still retain the right to request a refund. Even if the item's value decreases due to opening the package or testing its functionality, this does not invalidate the customer's ability to request a refund.
The product cannot be returned if any of the following components are missing:
- All original parts or accessories.
- Proof of purchase from Digihive (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
- Warranty card (if applicable).
- A detailed description of the defect provided by our support team.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- Fully equipped product and all included items;
The refund will be processed according to the current regulations and terms established by Digihive's policies.
- A receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Digihive online store;
- Warranty card (if applicable);
- A document with a description of the defect issued by the service department (if necessary).
